Exercise Mr. Teguh


Good afternoon.. this is my daily activity

Everyday on a working day, I always get up at four thirty in the morning. But when its a holiday I wake up at five o’clock. Then I pray for a while to thank God for everything and wake up my husband and son.  After that I clean my house, I prepare my husband and son uniform and working and school stuff and I cooked for my family breakfast. Than iam taking a bath with warm water and prepare my self to work.I love my job as an midwife, because it’s very important to help  reduce mortality. In my office we always have morning roll call at seven o'clock. After that i prepare my office to take the patient and I am working until 15.30 and I have one hour to break at twelve o’clock till thirteen.After working sometimes I spend time with my best friend we go to movie or just to the coffe shop for talking about everything. Or just read an interesting book.I don’t really like a running but I like another workout. Usually I do a Zumba or aerobic dance sometimes at home from youtube or I go to the gym. Twice a week at night I do yoga for 45 minutes. On the holiday usually I go to the mall with my family. That’s all about my daily activity.
